We believe that as we intentionally nourish our bodies, incorporate consistent movement, honor the bodies God gave us, and mature in our emotional and mental wellness, we can better serve our destiny, families, communities, and the body of Christ. In the Health and Wellness courses, you will be equipped and empowered to adopt a consistent exercise program from the convenience of your home, engage in inner-level healing by way of prayer and body movement, and adopt a healthy nutritional life for yourself and your family. One unique feature of this pillar is the “Rest Training Workouts,” where you will receive a minimum of three new workouts each week that include spin workouts, resistance training, core strength and flexibility.
