Do you feel restricted when it comes to food?  Do you feel like you have a Kingdom perspective or a worldly view on healthy eating? Have you felt stuck physically with your goals to look and feel amazing? If any of that intrigues you then this is a course for you!

The goal is to honor the body God gave us with a Kingdom perspective. There are so many perspectives and fad’s regarding nutrition, my heart is to teach you tips that will encourage a lifestyle that you can maintain to look & feel amazing! The first course we lay the biblical foundation in regards to food; what does the Bible say about meat? Bread? And all that we eat and drink? We also talk about the importance of nutrient timing. In the second course, we cover the benefits of protein, fats, and carbohydrates, how to balance out your day to maximize your body’s energy and increase your metabolism without weighing or measuring portion sizes. In the third session we “plate up” and talk through a day of food. In the fourth session, we cover 5 tips for efficiency, including meal prep and my favorite quinoa recipe. Food is fun to talk about!

We all have a race to run on this Earth; our body is dependent on the fuel it receives to be strong and energized to do all that God has called us to do. We believe you will be equipped with a Kingdom perspective of food after going through this course.
