All 12 workouts are under 20 minutes and are fun, fast and effective and have a devotional that coincides with your workout to help you discover the root of the blockage to your best health. The high-intensity interval workouts are for all levels and utilize your body weight, a medicine ball and resistance band in the workout. It’s suggested to do 3 workouts a week, totaling a month’s workout regimen. You can do this devotional workout with your spouse or friend, or also it would be great for a small group to do the workout together and talk through the devotional after the workout! We explore what it’s like to physically & spiritually strengthen ourselves, kick the devil in the face, and honor the body God gave us with a Kingdom perspective.
